Having given more than 2,600 performances in 68 countries to over 2.8 million people since its inception in 1972, Ballets Jazz Montréal is considered one of the leading ambassadors of Quebec dance and artistic vitality to the world. The company’s determination to stage uniquely innovative and moving works has enabled it to demystify jazz ballet and make it more accessible to everyone, especially through the development of education and outreach programmes.
