We invest in programs that promote conservation, the preservation and protection of ecosystems and biodiversity, and initiatives that help address climate change and environmental instability.

In 2024, we devoted 6% of our overall community investments to the support of organizations working in the area of sustainability.

Organizations Taking on Climate Change

TransCanada Trail's Capital Improvement Plan funding program provided $3.1 million in grants to 77 organizations and volunteer groups.

Earth Rangers now has more than 400,000 members and alumni nationwide.

In addition to securing the conservation of 20,584 hectares of land across 53 properties in 2021, the Nature Conservancy of Canada also hosted in 2021 the inaugural Making Nature Investable Summit — an international gathering of experts exchanging on the subject of conservation finance.
