We invest in initiatives that build community capacity and promote community well-being, including support to Indigenous communities, visible minorities, newcomers and at-risk youth.
In 2024, we devoted 26% of our overall community investments to community development programs, focusing on social entrepreneurship.

Organizations Rooted in the Community
Windmill Microlending came to the aid of skilled immigrants and refugees by providing 970 new low interest loans, allowing them to continue their careers in Canada.
For the last three years, close to 1,000 members of the Inukjuammiut community have had the opportunity to participate in programming organized by One Drop's Pirursiivik greenhouse and social art project.
Dans la rue helped meet the immediate needs of more than 1,000 homeless and at-risk youth in Montreal.
